SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of each shipment is calculated automatically according to the destination at the time of payment confirmation.
Shipments to the Canary Islands does not include customs fees and DUA processing, which will be borne by the customer.
Shipments outside the European Union do not include customs charges and DUA processing, which will be borne by the customer.

DELIVERY TIMES
Shipments are made through a courier company.
The indicated delivery times are as follows:
– Spain: 1-2 calendar days
– Europe: 2-4 calendar days
– International: 7-10 calendar days
No shipments are made Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

When your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We seek our customers’ full satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product you can return it for a full refund within 14 calendar days after receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, never washed or damaged, with their original labels and packaging intact.

The shipping of the item will be at the customer’s expense. In the event that the item is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, YOYO SAGAL will pay shipping costs, once the item is received and inspected. Once the refund is approved and accepted, we will proceed to issue the refund as soon as possible, utilizing the same method of payment that was used in the initial transaction.

DELAY OR NON-COMPLIANCE.
YOYO SAGAL is not responsible for any delay or non-compliance due to causes beyond our control such as: strikes, natural disasters, acts of government intervention, failures or omissions of third parties as suppliers, or errors in communicating your address.
